SET UP AN ACCOUNT

First, you'll need to set up an Anthem account so that you can book classes and track your performance data online.

You can set up your Anthem account online or in person at our studio. Setting it up online is really simple. Try it now!

BUY A SINGLE CLASS OR A CLASS PACKAGE

Once you’ve set up an account, you may choose to get a single class or a class package. You can purchase in bundles of 10, 20 and 50 classes. All our class packages can be shared with a friend.

For first-timers, you can opt for the 7 Day Unlimited Trial which allows you to try out as many classes as you like within a week. 

BOOK YOUR CLASS AND BIKE

After you've purchased your class credit, you can then proceed to select your desired class slot and the specific bike spot in the class.

ARRIVING EARLY

Please arrive 20 minutes before class starts as you’ll need to fill up a Readiness Questionnaire and sign the new rider waiver. Once we verify your ID, you can set up your bike and prepare yourself for class.

Riders under 18 years will need a parent or guardian to be physically present before your first class to sign the waiver.

GETTING YOU SET UP ON THE BIKE

Getting fitted on a bike properly ensures a safe ride as you will be moving a lot during class. It's important to learn how to get fitted prior to your first class. That's why we recommend you arrive 20 minutes before your first class, so there is sufficient time to get you set up for a safe, enjoyable and fun ride!

STUDIO TOUR AND BIKE ORIENTATION

Alternatively, drop in any time before your first class to learn how to do it. Call us ahead of time and someone from Anthem will show you around the studio, explain the facilities and teach you how to get set up on a bike for your classes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes things come up and you have to cancel a class. However, you will need to cancel it at least 6 hours before your scheduled class so as to have your class credits reimbursed.

WAITLIST

If a class you want to join is currently full, you can go on the waitlist. Should a space open up, it will be automatically allocated to the person at the top of the waitlist. An email will be sent to you if you have been allocated a bike. Do remember to cancel your place on the waitlist if you have other plans. This can be done in the 'My Account' section or by calling the studio. Once you have been assigned a bike, the normal cancellation policy is in effect.

REFUND POLICY

At Anthem, we understand that you may have purchased the wrong class series, just send us an email, and we'll try our best to help you fix it. However, we have a strict NO refund policy.

BEFORE YOU RIDE

Water is Your Best Friend

Plain and simple – hydration is essential when working out. You need to drink water before, during, and after your class so it is best to have a bottle of water with you at all times. We provide a water dispenser at the studio for your convenience.

Wear Comfortable Apparel

Choose clothes that allow you to move freely. Fitted pants or shorts are ideal.

Cycling Shoes

We use cleated shoes for our Anthem 45 and Anthem Road classes. Shoes are provided on the house (please bring your own socks). If you want to bring your own cycling shoes, please ensure they are fitted with SPD cleats. Clipping in may take a while at first, but you’ll soon get the hang of it and our friendly instructors are always ready to help!

CLASS ETIQUETTE

At Anthem, we create conducive spaces to focus on getting a great workout. For everyone to enjoy their Anthem experience, we ask that you take note of the following:

Punctuality

We have a strict no-latecomers policy. We respect the time that everyone takes to attend the class and ensure every class starts and ends on time. 

Unplug

Kindly leave your mobile devices on silent mode in the lockers provided so you can tune out and focus on your 45-minute workout.

One Voice

We encourage riders to minimize cross-talk and chit chat during class as this can distract other riders.

Proper Hygiene

Riding close to each other means riders get affected by poor hygiene or strong fragrances. So try to stay fresh and (reasonably) odour-free. We request that you use the towels provided to wipe your sweat off the bike when necessary.
