Our uniquely designed on-the-bike workout that mashes cardio together with upper body and core work. This class moves between levels of intensity while combining cycling, weights and a variety of body-weight routines. Switch on the performance measurement and get competitive or simply groove to the beat. Either way, this class will get you seriously moving.
For those who are a little purist and want to focus on riding, our road ride is perfect for you. Expect challenging terrains and intervals, intense hills, sprinting on the flats and some serious races. For the competitive sorts, you'll also get to see your performance in real-time on our screens. Time to smash those hills!
This high-intensity circuit class is centred on functional and holistic fitness through strength and conditioning. You'll hit every part of your body as you power through the weights, resistance, calisthenics and cardio training. The smaller class size means you also get a lot more attention.
**Please note that this is not a spin class and gym shoes are required for the class.**
